摘要：The method involves creating, by using data processing unit of a simulator, adata representing prediction of coverage of a mobile telephony network and power
required for utilization of services by holders of mobile terminals present in a coveragezone of the network. Power available in cells of the network is calculated separately inabsence and presence of an emission diversity, by the processing unit, based on carrierfrequencies. A list of the cells requiring installation of the diversity is created, by theprocessing unit, based on number of transmission channels required for a service.
