序言 Introduction
本说明书的编写是为了给施工监督员在AAA型布袋除尘器的安装、内件的装配及基准等方面提供参考和帮助。
The Installation Instruction is compiled to provide reference and help for construction supervisors on installation of the AAA model bag-type dust collector, assembly of internal parts and benchmark.
本说明书是项目图纸和技术规范的一种补充。如有冲突、遗漏则应以图纸和技术文本为准。
This Installation Instruction is the supplementation of project drawings and technical standards. In condition of any conflict or omission, the drawings and the technical documents shall prevail.
1、除尘器型号及组成

2 Equipment Custody and Unpacking Acceptance Check
2.1 总则
2.1 General Principles
在工地上卸下及搬运部件时必须要小心，尤其是对于滤袋、笼骨及电气设备这些容易受损的部件。
It is necessary to be careful during unloading and handling of components on the site, especially for the easily damaged parts such as filtration bag, cage bone and electrical equipment. 2.2 保管原则
2.2 Principles for Custody
设备到达现场后，按下列要求保管。
The equipment shall be kept according to the following requirements after being delivered to the scene.
2.2.1 堆放场地要合理布局，基础稳固，便于装运、作业，并作好防洪防涝设施。 2.1.2 The stacking area shall be reasonably arranged, with steady foundation, and convenient for shipping and operation, and shall be equipped with facilities for flood and water logging prevention.
2.2.2产品堆放要符合预装及安装工艺流程要求，避免多次倒运以防变形。
2.2.2 The stacking of products shall be in accordance with the technological processes for preassembly and installation, to avoid deformation because of multiple times of reshipment. 2.2.3入库时按包装清单核对所有部件，仓库应尽可能靠近安装现场以减少不必要的二次倒运。
2.2.3 Check all the parts according to the packaging list when putting in storage, and the warehouse shall be near to the installation field as much as possible, to reduce unnecessary secondary reshipment.
2.2.4以下部件应存放在室内，在不到将它们被安装的时候，不得将它们暴露在露天中。

2.2.4 The following parts shall be stored indoor, which shall not be exposed in outdoor before they are installed. 1） 电气元件及控制柜

3 设备开箱验收
3 Unpacking Acceptance Check of Equipment
3.1 设备开箱、清点、验收应有制造厂、用户、施工单位共同参加。
3.1 The unpacking, inventory and acceptance check shall be conducted with the participation of the manufacturer, the user and the construction unit. 3.2 验收条件

4 施工前准备

4.1 安装单位应熟悉设备结构、性能、有关设计图纸和技术文件，编制施工组织设计文

5 设备的安装
5 Installation of Equipment
安装顺序是为施工监督员提供安装方面的帮助。本标准程序仅供指导用。本说明书是项目图纸和技术规范的补充。如有冲突，应以项目图纸为准。
The installation sequence is to provide help for construction supervisors on installation. This standard program is only used for guidance. The Installation Instruction is the supplementation of project drawings and technical specifications. In condition of any conflict, the project drawing shall prevail.
安装工作开始前，应先按基础图上的地脚螺栓和混凝土内凹坑的位置对基础进行检验。如发现地脚螺栓超出公差，则必须重新定位。只有各项尺寸检查合格后，才可开始钢支架的安装。
Before the start of the installation, conduct inspection on the foundation according to the position of the foundation bolt and the pit in the concrete on the foundation drawing. In condition that the foundation bolt exceeds than the tolerance, it is required to conduct repositioning. The installation of the steel bracket can be started only after passing all the dimensional inspections.

5.2 安装中的一些细节 5.2 Some Details in Installation
布袋除尘器的安装文件利用了其板块设计上的灵活性。板块可单块安装，也可组装后整体安装。
The flexibility on the design of plate is utilized for the installation file of the bag-type dust collector. The plate can be solely installed, or can be wholly installed after assembly.
布袋除尘器安装过程中按需设置足够的临时加筋件，直到安装完毕。
During the installation of the bag-type dust collector shall be equipped with sufficient temporary reinforcement, until the installation is completed.
应特别注意焊接工作，严格遵循图纸上注明的焊接技术要求和确切的施焊部位。这对设备的气密性是至关重要的，尤其是在含尘烟气和经过滤后的净气交界处。
It is important to pay attention to welding, to conduct by strictly observing the welding technique requirements and welding positions noted on the drawing. It is critical to the air impermeability to equipment, especially on the gas purification junction between the ash-laden gas and the purified gas after filtration. 5.3 钢支架安装
5.3 Installation of Steel Bracket 5.3.1 混凝土基础 5.3.1 Concrete Foundation
5.3.1.1 预埋件和预埋螺栓均应符合图纸要求，混凝土强度应符合设计要求基础允许偏差。
5.3.1.1 The embedded parts and the embedded bolt shall be in accordance with the requirements on the drawing, and the concrete strength shall be in accordance with the allowable deviation of the design requirements. 5.3.1.2 钢支柱与基础联接方式如下图

5.3.1.2 The connection method between steel bracket and the foundation are as follows
5.3.2钢支架安装。
5.3.2 Installation of Steel Bracket
5.3.2.1所有部件均应标有件号。全部组装必须依照细节图纸。
5.3.2.1 All the parts shall be marked with part number. All the assembly must be conducted by observing the detailed drawing.
5.3.2.2安装期间应极其小心地保护表面涂层，不使损坏。
5.3.2.2 It is necessary to protect the surface coating during the installation, and not to make it damaged.
1）用立柱底板下面的螺母来调整立柱的高度。
1) Adjust the height of the stand column by utilizing the nut below the baseboard
of the upright.
2）当达到正确的标高后，用底板上面的螺母锁定底板。
2) After achieving correct elevation, lock the baseboard with the nut on the baseboard

5.3.2.3 Before the installation of the steel bracket, fill in the survey report according to the foundation drawing (center line, perpendicularity and horizontal plane). Gaskets can be adopted while conducting adjustment to the horizontal level if necessary. 5.3.2.4 控制报告

钢支架顶部水平面：
Horizontal level on top of the steel bracket:
应检查每一立柱的顶面，整个顶部水平面应保持3mm的公差。
Check on the top surface of each upright, to make the whole horizontal level keep the allowance of 3mm.
应测量各支承点间的实际对角距离，公差见下图。
It is necessary to measure the actual opposite angles between various bearing points, with the allowance as shown in the following figure.
5.4输灰平台（参照操作平台）
5.4 Ash Transportation Platform (Referring to the Operating Platform) 5.5灰斗 5.5 Ash Hopper
1) 使用分布梁将灰斗吊到立柱顶部就位。
1) Hoist the ash hopper to the top of the upright with the spreader beam. 2) 要确保灰斗朝向正确的方位。
2) It is necessary to ensure the correction direction of the ash hopper.
3) 在最终焊接之前要用螺栓把灰斗的托架与立柱的顶板相连接。现场焊接要依据
所附的组装图。
3) Connect the bracket of the ash hopper and the top plate of the upright with bolt before the final welding. Conduct the welding according to the assembly drawing attached in the field.

4) 灰斗内壁进行密封性焊接。

The shell is shipped by plates and bearing strips according to the shipping inventory attached.
1) 按项目图安装板块。
1) Install plates according to the project drawing.
2) 安装板块前应检查板的边缘是平直的，未在运输中受损。
2) Check if the edges of the plat are straight and undamaged during transportation before the installation of the plate. 3) 按图焊接板块和支撑条，焊后补漆。
3) Weld the plate and the supporting strips according to the drawing, and conduct painting make-up after welding. 注意： Notice:
极为重要的是壳体板块上的所有顶部角钢应为上部过滤器形成一个水平的上平面。 It is extremely important that all the top steel angles on the shell plate shall form a

horizontal upper plane for the upper filter. 5.7 控制报告 5.7 Control Report 壳体的直角度 Squareness of the shell
壳体各个面的对角线公差： 6mm。
Diagonal line allowance of various surfaces of the shell: 6mm. 立柱间水平尺寸公差： 3mm。
Horizontal size allowance between uprights: 3mm. 尺寸超过6000mm的，见下图。
In condition that the size exceeds than 6000mm, please refer to the following figure.

5.8 净气室安装
5.8 Installation of Gas Purification Room 5.8.1 其安装位置见总图
5.8.1 Please refer to the general drawing for other installation positions
5.8.2 净气室是整体发运，安装净气室前应先核对真正的中心线，将净气室吊至正确
的位置，净气室与壳体应密封焊接，净气室之间的空隙用钢板盖住，并作密封焊接。焊接时应严格保证其密封性。

purification room, please check the real center line firstly, to hoist the gas purification room to the correct position; sealing welding shall be conducted between the gas purification rooms and the shell, and the gap between the gas purification rooms shall be covered with steel plates, and applied with sealing welding. The leakproofness shall be guaranteed strictly during welding. 5.8.3 净气室形状见下图

5.8.4 The following sequences must be followed for the installation of the gas purification room:
1）吊起1、2号净气室，焊接前先调整好它们的位置，将每个净气室的三面与墙板作密封性焊接。
1) Hoist No. 1 and 2 gas purification rooms, and adjust their positions before welding, and conduct sealing welding between the three sides of the gas purification room with the wall plates. 2）其安装顺序见下图

5.8.5 安装完毕后总的尺寸见下：

5.9 Installation of Pressing Tank
5.9.1 压力罐在安装前不得将脉冲阀上的盖子去掉
5.9.1 Do not remove the cap on the pulse valve of the pressing tank before installation 5.9.2 将压力罐与净气室相配合并用螺栓螺母固定
5.9.2 Match between the pressing tank and the gas purification room, and fix with bolt and nut
5.19.3 按图组装，用提供的橡胶软管、钢管及软管夹头把压力罐的出口管与净气室的
弯管相连接。
5.19.3 Assemble according to figure, and connect between the outlet pipe of the pressing
tank and the bending pipe of the gas purification room with the provided rubber hose, steel pipe and hose clip.
5.9.4 拆除运输保护物。
5.9.4 Remove the transportation protector

5.10 Installation of Filtration Bag and Cage Bone
5.10.1 彻底清理净气室内及布袋内的杂物后再安装滤袋和笼骨

5.10.1 Conduct thorough cleaning on the debris in the gas purification room and the bag before installing the filtration bag and the cage bone. 5.10.2 移去喷管见下图
5.10.2 Refer to the following figure, to remove the shower header.
5.10.3 检查花板焊接合格
5.10.3 Inspect that the welding between chipboards are qualified 5.10.4 把花板清理干净 5.10.4 Clean up the chipboards
5.10.5按下图所示安装滤袋。花板应扣入滤袋顶部的凹槽内。
5.10.5 Install the filtration bag according to the following figure. Buckle the chipboard into the groove on top of the filtration bag. 5.10.6 一次装好一排滤袋。
5.10.6 Install a row of filtration bags at a time. 5.10.7一排滤袋装好后，按下图所示装入笼骨。
5.10.7 Install the cage bone according to the following figure after installing a row of filtration bags.
5.10.8 注意！绝不能在安装好的笼骨上行走。
5.10.8 Attention! It is strictly prohibited to walk on the installed cage bone.
5.10.9 当一排滤袋及笼骨安装完毕后，用木板把它们盖住以避免受损，同时也防止异物
落进滤袋。

5.10.9 After the installation of a row of filtration bags and cage bones, cover them with planks
to avoid damage and the dropping of foreign articles into the filtration bags.
5.10.10当一个隔室内的滤袋和笼骨都装好后，按下图安装喷管。要仔细将喷管定位销正
确就位。
5.10.10 Install the shower header according to the following figure after the installation of the
filtration bags and cage bones of a chamber. Make the alignment pin of the shower header in position carefully.
5.10.11 当隔室内的喷管分部装好后，马上用单轨吊把顶盖盖上，使隔室关闭
5.10.11 Cover the top cover with monorail crane immediately after the installation of the shower headers in the chamber, to make the chamber closed.

5.11 压缩空气管路系统 5.11 Compressed Air Line
5.11.1 压缩空气管路系统可以是焊接或用螺纹连接型的结构。表面可以不油漆（不锈
钢）、油漆（碳钢）或镀锌。
5.11.1 The compressed air line can be a welding or a threaded connection structure. It be
applied with no painting (stainless steel), paining (carbon steel) or galvanization on the surface.
5.11.2 按安装图装上附属部件和系统。
5.11.2 Install appurtenances and systems according to the installation drawing.
5.11.3 管子挂钩或管子支架必须安装得能使管路自由膨胀。管路的安装应有斜度并在最
低点处设置排水沟。
5.11.3 The pipe hook or the pipe support must be installed in a way to make pipeline expand
freely. The pipeline shall be installed with slope, and drainage ditch shall be set at the lowest position.
5.11.4 按实际情况在现场调整管道的长度并按图焊接法兰。
5.11.4 Adjust the length of the pipeline in situ according to practical situation, and weld the flange according to the drawing.
