经理在：
电话响：接起：good morning / afternoon ,evening ,..........company !
客人：good morning , may i speak to mr .../ ms ....
你：may i know who is that speaking ?
客人：this is .......from ....company , i'd like to speak with .....
你：okey ,pls hold on
然后把电话保留，告诉经理谁的电话看愿不愿意接，如果愿意，则直接转过去，如果不愿意接，则同经理不在的情况一样处理，如下：
你：hello , sir/ ms.., sorry ,he /she is not in , could i take a message for you ?
客人：oh ,i will call him later
或者是：客人：okey ,pls ,this is ... from company ,my telephone is ...... ,pls tell him/her call me back ! Tku
如果没听清楚，你说：sir ,pardon ?
如果清楚了就说句：谢谢
