摘要：Nanoparticles (<100nm) and submicron particles (<400nm) can be used as fillermaterial to form a nanocomposite that can be used as an encapsulant for optoelectronicdevices. These nanocomposites can function to reduce light scattering and increasethermal, mechanical and dimensional stability of the optoelectronic device. Suchnanocomposites can also improve moisture barrier characteristics, lower the dielectricconstant and increase resistivity of the optoelectronic device.
