In order to properly motivate staff, and express management appreciation for their contribution, during the past year, we suggest issue year-end bonus for all staff. Detailed proposal as below: 为了感谢酒店员工过去一年的辛勤工作,调动员工的工作积极性,并鼓励来年更好的工作业绩,我们 建议向员工发放年度忠实员工奖,具体方案如下:
➢ The hotel management has the ultimate discretion to award the bonus and the amount of bonus
is subject to the profitability and job performance in the last year.
酒店管理层将根据酒店当年的经营效益情况决定发放忠实奖及数额。
➢ We are proposing a bonus for the staffs, details as below,
我们建议给酒店员工发放奖金,具体如下: Band Manager :0.5 Month 经理级 0.5 个月 Band Supervisor:0.75 Month 主管级 0.75 个月 Band Staff:1.5Month 员工级 1.5 个月
➢ We will reserve the bonus according to the “Overall Performance Rate” per the annual
performance review as a method to motivate good performance. ( Detail standard refer to below “Guideline” part item 5). Manager Level per as the Poly Annual year review result.
凡按要求参预当年年度评估的员工,年终慰问金的发放根据当年年度评估结果及员工的整体工作 表现评分(详细标准请参见以下奖金发放制度的第五项)。经理级的员工按照保利的年终评估的结 果。
➢ The Year End Bonus will be calculated on the basis of the average salary for the past 12 month 忠实员工奖金的计算将按年 12 个月的平均工资为标准。
➢ Cut off time for bonus: January 1 to December 31,.
奖金的计算日期基于年 1 月 1 日至年 12 月 31 日。
We will pay our employees half bonus before Spring Festival, the rest will pay before May next year 我们将在春节前先发放一半的奖金,在来年 5 月前再发放另一半的奖金。
➢ The confirmed staff(including trainees) who served the hotel less than 12 months in 2022, when
entitles year-end bonus will be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the actual length of service. If the employee was resigned and rehired last year, the actual service length should be
calculated from the latest commencement date.
通过试用期的员工(包括实习生),但是年限不满一年的,年终奖金将按工作时间的长短比例计算 发放,如果该员工为离职再聘用,其工作时间应从最后一次聘用日期开始计算。
Employees are still in probation period at December 31, will be entitled to minimum RMB 300 as the Year End bonus. If the year-end bonus calculated base on length of service higher than 300 RMB, then bonus will be calculated base on length of service. Staffs join after Jan 1, 2022 will be entitled RMB 100 (include outsources )
到 12 月 31 日前仍在试用期内的员工,年终奖金下限为 300 元人民币。如果年终奖金按工作时间 的长短比例计算时的数值大于下限 300 元, 则按工作时间的长短比例计算发放奖金, 员工于次年 1 月 1 日后入职的将享有 100 元慰问金(含外包清洁人员), 试用期内的员工的奖金以及 100 元慰问金 将在年前一次性发放。
➢ We will base on 0.75 month salary for Supervisor level and 1.5 month salary for Staff Level,
calculation as below standard to issue the performance related bonus part for the employees who has participated the An nual Review and standard varies as per the “ Overall Performance Rating “ result.
凡按要求参预了年度评估的员工级和主管级员工,根据年度评估的结果及员工的整体工作表现评 分,将按照主管级员工 0.75 个月薪水;员工级员工 1 个半月薪水为基数并根据以下计算标准发放 工作表现奖金。
OPR rating 3.5&above OPR rating 3 OPR rating 2.5 OPR rating below 2.5
年度个人综合工作表现 3.5 分以上: 125% 年度个人综合工作表现 3 分: 100%
年度个人综合工作表现 2.5 分: 75% 年度个人综合工作表现低于 2.5 分: 0
➢ We will base on 0.5month salary for manager Level, as per the Annual year review result.
经理级的员工 0.5 个月薪水,并根据的年终评估分数按比例享有年终奖金。
➢ Employees who submit the resignation or whose contract is terminated before the date of
payment will not be qualified for the year-end bonus.
在年终奖金发放前已递交辞职报告,或者已解除和终止合同的员工将不享有忠实员工奖金。
➢ 3.5 and 2.5 should be 5% each of the total manning of hotel.
年终评估分数 3.5 分和 2.5 分的员工比例需各占酒店总人数的 5%
➢ Staff who received disciplinary punishments records still valid on Dec 31 ,will be result on the
deduction of the year-end bonus as follow(Exceptions may be proposed for approval). 年度受到纪律处分且在 2022 年 12 月 31 日仍生效的员工,其年终奖将按以下比例扣减。 - Verbal warning: 10% of bonus deduction
口头警告:每次扣除年终奖金总额的百分之十 - Written warning: 30% of bonus deduction
书面警告:每次扣除年终奖金总额的百分之三十 - Last warning:50% of bonus deduction
最后警告: 每次扣除年终奖金总额的百分之五十
➢ For employees who claim sick leave or no pay leave for hotel 7-15 days will be entitled 75% of
the bonus, for 16-30 days will be entitled 50% of the bonus. For 31-45 days will be entitled 25% of the bonus. More than 45 days, no year-end bonus entitled. ( Exceptions for individual case subject to mgt. approve).
在年内,病假或者事假累计在7 天至 15 天之内,只享有 75%的年终奖金,病假或者事假在 16 天至 30 天之内, 将享有 50% 的年终奖金, 病假或者事假在 31-45 天之内者将享有 25%的年终奖, 病假或者事 假在 46 天及以上者,将不享有忠实员工奖金(如个别特殊情况下呈报管理层审批后决定)。
➢ The unpaid leave more than 7days cannot be counted as the working days.
无薪事假(如累计超过 7 天)的天数不能计算为服务天数。
➢ Approval of transfer to Group sister hotels staff is proportionally entitled to year-end bonuses
calculated base on length of service.
当年经批准后调动到集团旗下其他姐妹酒店的员工将按比例享有年终奖金。
