小学英语命题说明
一、命题的指导思想
坚持以《英语课程标准》为纲，以教材为本，按照小学英语教学的实际情况和现行小学
英语教学要求进行命题。试题在着重考查学生英语基础知识与基本技能的同时，重视考查学
生在具体的语言环境中运用英语分析问题和解决问题的能力。
二、命题的范围及内容
1. 译林版《英语》教材三至六年级的全部内容，以六年级两册为主（约占
65%）。
2. 《课标》中规定的小学各年级学生必须掌握的英语基础知识和应具备的基本技能。 详见下表
