polysaccharide alkyl ether formed of units containing at least two different sacchariderings, each unit containing at least one hydroxyl group substituted with a hydrocarbon-based chain, and from 0% to 5% by weight, relative to the total weight of the emulsion,of at least one emulsifying surfactant, and the liquid fatty phase contains at least onemedium which is a solvent for the polysaccharide alkyl ether, that is useful in particular inthe cosmetics and/or dermatological fields.
